PC Support Technician: Essential Diploma for IT Careers
By the end of this program, you will develop the practical skills required to provide support to end users and collaborate effectively within IT, ERP, and CRM systems, utilizing tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
This diploma prepares you for a successful career as a PC Support Technician, covering the core knowledge of computer systems, networking, operating systems, and software. These are fundamental skills for technical support or support specialist roles.
You will also learn to troubleshoot, configure, and resolve technical issues for both Microsoft Windows and Linux users.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
